Removal1.Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported.2.Remove the front wheel and tire (A) from the front hub.
Instructions (R-134a)When Handling Refrigerant1.R-134a liquid refrigerant is highly volatile. A drop on the skin of your hand could result in localized frostbite. When handling the refrigerant, be sure to wear gloves. 2.It is standard practice to wear goggles or glasses to protect your eyes, and gloves to protect your hands.
Repair procedures Replacement1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.Remove the heater and blower assembly.(Refer to Heater - "Heater Unit") 3.Remove the heater core cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.4.Pull out the evaporator core (A) from the heater unit.
