| 1. | Remove the trunk lid trim. (Refer to Trunk Lid - "Trunk Lid Trim") |
| 2. | Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector (A). |
| 3. | Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the rear combination lamp (B).

| 4. | Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the trunk lid back panel (A).
|
| 5. | To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Repair procedures Replacement[Trunk lid latch] • When removing with a flat - tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
Repair procedures Replacement • Do not apply sealant to the body. 1.Remove the trunk lid weatherstrip (A).
Repair procedures Removal1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the crash pad lower panel.(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel")3.Remove the steering column shroud panel.(Refer to Body - "Steering Column Shroud Panel")4.Disconnect the immobilizer connector (A) and press the locking pin (B) using an awl.
Repair procedures Inspection1.Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation.Replacement1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Disconnect the blower motor connector (A) and then remove the blower motor (B) after loosening the screws.
