Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning Assist is designed to help detect vehicles approaching from the left and right side while your vehicle is reversing, and warn the driver that a collision is imminent with a warning message and an audible warning.

Detecting sensor

Setting Rear Cross-Traffic Safety With the engine on, select ‘Driver Assistance → Parking Safety → Rear Cross- Traffic Safety’ from the Settings menu to turn on Rear Cross-Traffic Safety system and deselect to turn off the system.
Repair procedures RemovalMood lamp unit1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the main crash pad assembly.(Refer to Body - "Main Crash Pad Assembly")3.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the main crash pad air duct (A).4.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the mood lamp unit (A).
