Description of ESPESP recognizes critical driving conditions, such as panic reactions in dangerous situations, and stabilizes the vehicle by wheel-individual braking and engine control intervention.
Failure Diagnosis1.In principle, ESP and TCS controls are prohibited in case of ABS failure.2.When ESP or TCS fails, only the failed system control is prohibited.
Repair procedures RemovalOutside Combination Lamp1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the combination lamp cover (A).3.Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector (A).4.Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the rear conbination lamp (A).
Repair procedures RemovalMood lamp unit1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the main crash pad assembly.(Refer to Body - "Main Crash Pad Assembly")3.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the main crash pad air duct (A).4.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the mood lamp unit (A).
