Hyundai Elantra: Lubrication System / Oil Pressure Control Solenoid Valve
Repair procedures
| 1. | Disconnect the battery negative terminal. |
| 2. | Disconnect the oil pressure control solenoid valve connector (A).

| 3. | Remove the engine room under cover. (Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly System - "Engine Room Under Cover") |
| 4. | Remove the oil pressure control solenoid valve (A) after loosening the bolt and disconnecting the wiring fastener. Tightening torque : 9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft) |

| When installing, apply engine oil to the O-ring. |

1. Close all doors, engine hood and
trunk.
2. Carry the smart key.
3. Either press the door handle button or
press the Door Lock button (1) on the
smart key.
4. The hazard warning lights will blink.
5. Make sure the doors are locked by
pulling the door outside handle.
