Hyundai Elantra: Warning and Indicator Lights / Electric Power Steering (EPS)
Warning Light

This warning light illuminates:
- When you place the ignition switch to
the ON position.
-- The Electric Power Steering Warning
light illuminates for about 3 seconds
and then goes off.
- Whenever there is a malfunction with
the EPS.
If this occurs, have the vehicle
inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI
dealer.
This indicator light illuminates:
[White] When you activate the auto
hold system by pressing the AUTO
HOLD button.
[Green] When you stop the vehicle
completely by depressing the brake
pedal with the auto hold system
activated...
This warning light illuminates:
When you place the ignition switch to

Other information:
You can check the tire pressure in the
Assist mode on the cluster.
Tire pressure is displayed after a few
minutes of driving after initial engine
start up.
If tire pressure is not displayed when
the vehicle is stopped, “Drive to
display” message will appear...

up the inside of the windshield, the air
intake or air conditioning are controlled
automatically according to certain
